Form backend · EU only
Flora is the address. Point your form at us and every submission lands in a dashboard hosted in Europe. You keep the front end. We keep the paperwork.

Change the action on a plain HTML form and you are done. No script tag, no npm package, no build step. Works the same from fetch() if you would rather.
Submissions land in Paris and stay there. Encrypted in transit and on disk, readable only by your account, and deletable by you at any time.
Notifications tell you a submission arrived and nothing else. No names, no messages, no copies sitting in a third party inbox forever.
That copy leaves the EU, sits in an inbox nobody audits, and gets backed up somewhere you cannot name. If a patient wrote to a clinic through that form, the clinic now has a problem it does not know about.
Flora sends a knock on the door instead. You come and read it where it lives.
In the notification
You have 1 new submission.
That is the entire email. There is no version of it with more in it.
